How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for weekend events and 1-2 months for weekday events. For weddings and large corporate events, booking 6-12 months ahead is advisable to secure your preferred date.

What is included in your event packages?

Our packages include venue rental, tables and chairs, linens, basic decor, audio system, and food service. Additional services like custom decor, photography, entertainment, and specialty menus can be added to create a personalized experience.

Do you offer halal catering options?

Yes! All our event catering is 100% halal certified. We offer a wide range of halal menu options and can accommodate special dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options upon request.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Absolutely! We welcome personal decorations to make your event unique. Our team will work with you to ensure proper setup and coordination. Some restrictions may apply for certain types of decorations (open flames, confetti, etc.)

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations 15-30 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within 6 months.

Yes, we offer comprehensive event planning services through our dedicated events team. From concept development to execution, we'll handle all the details to ensure your event runs smoothly. Additional planning fees may apply based on the complexity of your event.
