1.1 Booking Requirements

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person
• Minimum reservation time is 2 hours before dining
• For same-day reservations, please call +254 721 237 883
• We hold tables for 15 minutes after the reservation time

1.2 Group Bookings

• Groups of 8+ require 24-hour advance notice
• Groups of 12+ require a 50% deposit
• Private room bookings require 48-hour confirmation
• Maximum group size: 20 people

1.3 Special Requests

• Special requests are accommodated based on availability
• Dietary restrictions must be communicated at time of booking
• Decoration requests may incur additional charges
• Special menus require 48-hour notice

2.1 Standard Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before reservation time
• Cancellations within 2 hours incur a KES 500 fee per person
• No-shows will be charged KES 1,000 per person
• Late arrivals may result in table forfeiture

2.2 Group Cancellations

• Groups of 8+: 24-hour notice required for free cancellation
• Groups of 12+: 50% deposit is non-refundable within 24 hours
• Private events: 72-hour notice required for full refund

2.3 Special Occasion Cancellations

• Birthday/Anniversary packages: 48-hour notice required
• Custom menus: 72-hour notice for full refund
• Decorations: Non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours

3.1 Menu Pricing

• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Menu items are subject to availability
• Seasonal menus may have different pricing

• 16% VAT included in all prices
• 10% service charge added to final bill
• Credit card payments: 3% processing fee
• Corporate bookings: Tax invoice provided

4.1 Dress Code

• Smart casual attire required
• No beachwear, athletic wear, or flip-flops
• Business casual recommended for dinner
• Management reserves right to refuse entry based on attire

4.2 Conduct Policy

• Respectful behavior required at all times
• No smoking or vaping indoors
• Children must be supervised by adults
• Photography for personal use only

4.3 Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• Notify staff of any allergies when ordering
• We cannot guarantee allergen-free environment
• Vegetarian and halal options available
• Customization may incur additional charges

4.4 Time Limitations

• Standard dining: 2-hour table allocation
• Groups of 6+: 2.5-hour allocation
• Private events: 3-hour minimum
• Extensions subject to availability and additional charges

• Payment information is encrypted and secure
• Reservation history stored for service improvement
• Marketing communications are opt-in only
